I payed for an itruductory fee of around $7.00. I had the option to cancel my subscription before the month was up, and i did just that. i also called the help center and talked to an advisor or help desk and they told me that i never paid for a one month free subscription. So, i would not be charged for the $373.00 yearly fee. So, I was content with that. When I received my visa statement, i saw the first payment of $7.83 and then the yearly payment of $393.00 i think it was. I need this to be credited back to my account. Also, i just opened my visa statement now and i saw another charge of 7.83 exactly charged to my visa card again. this needs to stop!!!
