Herman Deru Hadi Tjahjanto Langsung dalam Pembagian Sertifikat Tanah di Muratara



jpnn.com, JAKARTA - Ratusan warga di dua desa yang merupakan asli Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) tersebut akhirnya resmi menerima sertifikat tanah lahan perkebunan.

Seperti diketahui, selama ini hak kepemilikan itu sempat mengalami persoalan baik persoalan tumpang tindih maupun lahan yang belum disertifikatkan.

Pembagian sertifikat lahan pun bagai mimpi masyarakat Desa Tebing Tinggi dan Jati Mulya Kabupaten Muratara yang akhirnya terwujud.

Sertifikat tersebut diserahkan secara door to door oleh Menteri ATR/BPN Marsekal TNI (Purn) Hadi Tjahjanto yang didampingi Gubernur Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) Herman Deru, Kamis (7/9).

Sedikitnya ada 16 sertifikat yang diserahkan kepada warga. 13 sertifikat diberikan bagi 516 Kepala Keluarga (KK) di Desa Tebing Tinggi dan 3 sertifikat diberikan untuk 246 KK yang ada di Desa Mulya Jaya.

"Saya ucapkan selamat kepada masyarakat karena cita-cita untuk memiliki sertifikat lahan yang sudah 28 tahun diimpikan akhirnya terwujud," kata Hadi.

Dia menyebut masing-masing sertifikat diberikan secara komunal atau berkelompok.

"Jadi, setiap sertifikat diberikan kepada masyarakat secara berkelompok. Mudah-mudahan lahan ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk perkebunan masyarakat," ujarnya.
