Daniel Abed Khalife: Police share CCTV of van used in prison escape Daniel Khalife was obsessed with the SAS and often went on lone survival weekends, a former Army pal has claimed. The ex-soldier told the Daily Mirror: "When we did a survival course he really excelled at it. He would disappear at the weekend with a few bits of camping gear, spending the night out in the open." The source, who trained with Khalife in Rhino Troop, 2 Squadron, 11 Signals Regiment, at Blandford Camp, Dorset, added: "He really thought that one day he would get into the SAS, using what he learned in training. That was his dream. And he was always saying he was Middle Eastern and was even trying to learn Farsi from a language learning app." Police have released CCTV footage of the food van Khalife used to escape ( Image: Met Police) Another military source said: "He was always pulling pranks and had to be the centre of attention. Which is ironic now because he appears to be Britain's most wanted man." It comes as Met Police Commander Dominic Murphy said a man fitting the terror suspect's description was seen walking away from a van he is suspected of hiding under after his escape from HMP Wandsworth. The Bidfood vehicle stopped near the south entrance to Wandsworth roundabout, about a mile from the South London jail. Mr Murphy said: "My message to him is to hand yourself in, either call us or go to a local police station and hand yourself in." Police are offering a £20,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to the arrest of the former soldier after his escape on Wednesday. Mr Murphy said: "With the reward we are offering and the amazing support we have had from the public and the media, we will be closing in on you, Daniel. You really need to come in and give yourself up." Mr Murphy added: "The sighting could be very significant, and this is one of many useful lines of inquiry officers are pursuing." The fugitive, 21, was reportedly last seen walking towards Wandsworth town centre. He is accused of trying to spy for an enemy state, understood to be Iran, and plotting a fake bomb hoax. Detectives suspect Khalife is using survival and counter-surveillance skills learned with 16 Signal Regiment, whose motto is Find A Way Or Make One, to avoid detection. He is believed to have left the prison kitchen in a cook's uniform. The Met released pictures of the outfit - including red-and- white striped trousers, a white T-shirt and brown shoes. Mr Murphy denied the force had little to go on. He said: "We're working on lots of leads, over 100 calls from the public." He said he remained open-minded on whether Khalife had fled the country but said the search is focused on London and other parts of the UK, with support from the Border Force. The Met has also opened its UK Image Appeal website. Met chief Sir Mark Rowley said the escape was clearly pre-planned and confirmed his officers are investigating whether Khalife acted alone or had help. That includes people from the outside, prisoners or corrupt guard staff. Sir Mark added: "It's extremely concerning he's back on the loose. This is a massive operation, well into three figures of officers." Helicopters searched Richmond Park, in South West London, when it was closed on Thursday night, with heat-sensing cameras. Khalife is thought to have strapped himself to the bottom of the van at 7.32am on Wednesday. Prison staff realised he was missing at 7.50am but did not tell police until 8.15am after a search. When officers stopped the delivery van at 8.37am on Upper Richmond Road in Putney, there was no sign of Khalife, just straps. Justice Secretary Alex Chalk said an independent investigation will take place into the escape.

Osho Quotes on Meditation

Osho Quotes on Meditation If tea-drinking can become a meditation, then anything can become a meditation — cooking or washing your clothes, any activity can be transformed into meditation. And the real sannyasin, the real seeker, will transform all his acts into meditation. Only then, when meditation spreads over all your life, not only when you are awake in the day — slowly slowly it starts penetrating and permeating your being in sleep too — when it becomes just part of you, like breathing, like your heartbeat, then, only, have you attained to the discipline, to the essential discipline of Zen. Meditation means: drop all thoughts, drop all ideologies, drop all knowledge. Drop the mind itself. The mind is constantly talking. If the inner talk can drop even for a single moment you will be able to have a glimpse of no-mind. That’s what meditation is all about. The state of no-mind is the right state. It is your state. Millions of people miss meditation because meditation has taken on...

EVERYONE parent will know just how crazy the mornings can be when you're getting the kids ready for school. From prepping their lunches, to getting them washed and ready - time can fly by. But one savvy mum has shared just the hack to help speed up the process in the mornings. The mum, who goes by the name of Azure MacCannell on TikTok, has revealed a super time saving trick. She preps all of the sandwiches for the week, and freezes them. Azure has two lines of separate pieces of bread next to each other, On one line she spreads peanut butter, and on the other line she spreads jam. Azure then places the bread on top of each other to make a sandwich, before using a crust cutter to make the sandwiches into smaller squares. She then puts them into a big container and freezes them and use them "as needed." Azure also freezes the crust for "delicious French toast sticks." Osho on Witnessing technique

Osho on Witnessing technique – You can witness breathing, you can witness the thought process in OSHO INSIGHTS ON MEDITATION Osho – Societies will come and go. You will take birth and you will die and many lives will come and go, and many, many clouds will pass through you. But the inner sky – AKSHAT – remains uncorrupted, virgin. But you can become identified with clouds. You can begin to feel that ”I am the clouds”. Everyone is identified with his own thoughts which are nothing more than clouds. You say, ”my thought,” and if someone attacks your thought, you never feel that your thought is being attacked – you are being attacked. The sky is fighting – fighting for clouds because some cloud has been attacked. The sky feels, ”I am attacked!” The sky was there when there was no cloud, the sky will be there when there is no cloud. Clouds add nothing to the sky. And when clouds are no more, nothing is lost. The sky remains itself totally. This is the nature – the inner sky, the inn...
