Today, Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO, Zomato, shares his expectations from the nominees. Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO, Zomato "I will be looking for a growth mindset in this year's nominees. A common misconception in entrepreneurship is that it is inherent, innate and unchangeable to an individual - you either have what it takes to be an entrepreneur or you don't. I fundamentally disagree with this fixed mindset theory. Ability, talent and skills to be entrepreneurial are learnable, and can be developed and achieved through efforts. Someone with this growth mindset will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed, thereby making every challenge a learning opportunity. Given the numerous challenges entrepreneurs face, a growth mindset serves as a powerful tool that allows for innovation, agility, resilience and humility. Axiomatically, the category I am most looking forward to is the 'Comeback Kid', which will exemplify a growth mindset at its best. And of course, given the constant evolution in technology as well as my personal belief in serving our community with a purpose beyond profitability, I am looking forward to the potential of the nominees in the 'Top Innovator' and 'Social Enterprise' categories."

1989 Taylors Version Vault Titles Are Here Just Decode 89 Puzzles

Just a few weeks out from the release of her fourth rerecorded album 1989 (Taylor's Version) -- which drops on October 27 -- Swift, 33, is doing what she does best: leaving Easter eggs for fans to decode. This time, she's paired up with Google for a word puzzle game that will seemingly help uncover the titles of the record's five vault tracks -- the bonus songs that never made the final cut of the original album. Starting Saturday, September 16, a closed blue vault began popping up when googling Swift's name. Clicking on the vault brings up scattered letters in a word jumble accompanied by a hint to help solve the puzzle. Hindus too believe so, but then there remains a question often shaped as a mockery over Hindus about the various practices of worship rendered to innumerous God in their faith.
