Cupra Australia extends first birthday deals

Cupra has extended a pair of offers it initially introduced to celebrate its first birthday in Australia

The sporty spinoff of the Volkswagen Group is offering one per cent finance across its Ateca, Leon, and Formentor models to cars ordered by October 31 and delivered by November 15.

It's also throwing in a three-year free service package on the same cars; free servicing was included with Cupras between its launch and March 2023, when the offer was dropped.

The deals don't apply to the new, electric Born hatchback.

"Our offer is constantly evolving," Cupra Australia director Ben Wilks said earlier this year.

"One per cent with three years free servicing in addition to guaranteed future value is a pretty compelling proposition and a sure sign that Cupra isn't about to become complacent."

Cupra has sold 2019 cars to date in 2023, led by the Formentor SUV (1200 deliveries) and Born electric hatch (376).

It's gearing up to bring three updated cars to Australia late in 2024, in the form of facelifted versions of the Formentor, Leon, and Born.

The brand has warned, however, those arrivals could be pushed back to 2025.

Cupra recently opened its 10th garage in Australia, located in Hobart. That has given it a presence in every state and territory bar the Northern Territory.

The automaker says it has plans to expand its dealer network in 2024 which will include service locations "in a number of major regional centres".

Cupra has already opened sites around Australia including:

It also has pop-ups in Glen Waverley, Victoria and Castle Hill, New South Wales.

1989 Taylors Version Vault Titles Are Here Just Decode 89 Puzzles

Just a few weeks out from the release of her fourth rerecorded album 1989 (Taylor's Version) -- which drops on October 27 -- Swift, 33, is doing what she does best: leaving Easter eggs for fans to decode. This time, she's paired up with Google for a word puzzle game that will seemingly help uncover the titles of the record's five vault tracks -- the bonus songs that never made the final cut of the original album. Starting Saturday, September 16, a closed blue vault began popping up when googling Swift's name. Clicking on the vault brings up scattered letters in a word jumble accompanied by a hint to help solve the puzzle. At first, the only clue was, "My name is Taylor and I was born in...," with "1989 Taylor's Version" being the answer. Beginning on Tuesday, September 19, however, the puzzles began to expand. The hint "Blank Space" leads to "Nice to meet you," while other answers include "Got a haircut," "S...

Im a mum I save time doing my kids lunches using savvy hacks its easy

EVERYONE parent will know just how crazy the mornings can be when you're getting the kids ready for school. From prepping their lunches, to getting them washed and ready - time can fly by. But one savvy mum has shared just the hack to help speed up the process in the mornings. The mum, who goes by the name of Azure MacCannell on TikTok, has revealed a super time saving trick. She preps all of the sandwiches for the week, and freezes them. Azure has two lines of separate pieces of bread next to each other, On one line she spreads peanut butter, and on the other line she spreads jam. Azure then places the bread on top of each other to make a sandwich, before using a crust cutter to make the sandwiches into smaller squares. She then puts them into a big container and freezes them and use them "as needed." Azure also freezes the crust for "delicious French toast sticks." The video attracted thousands of likes, with many rushing to the comments section to share their...

33 Crore Gods (Devi / Devtas) of Hindus

33 Crore Gods of Hindus For the believers of God, it is an accepted faith across the globe that God is one. Hindus too believe so, but then there remains a question often shaped as a mockery over Hindus about the various practices of worship rendered to innumerous God in their faith. And this question is often thrown by people, who are philosophically and religiously recognized. How come Hindu religion has 33 crore Gods? Is it sensible at all to believe and practice this? I have a question – How can one decide what is sensible and what is not, particularly when none of those great thinkers have attained perfection in realization of God, none of them have seen God, none of them have heard God. There are numerous instances where religion, religious books and their beliefs have tried to define God. Criticism is an easy thing to do but we have coins with two sides always. Realization of the positive side and its practice is not only hard to recognize but difficult to accept as well. Critic...
